Back shop Employees

Employees must be personable, have strong communication skills and must have the ability to work unsupervised from time to time. Back shop employees will be responsible for all aquatic practice range golf ball collection, washing and cleaning. Nightly washing and cleaning of the power carts and staging. Employees will ensure the outside surrounding area of the main clubhouse is cleaned and organized at all times. In dealing with the public and members at Greenbryre GCC, employees in this department at required to be courteous and respectful at all times. General assistance with the Pro shop staff will be required from time to time.

Part time hours are available, back shop hours to be covered will from 4pm - Sunset 7 days a week and afternoon weekends.

Shuttle Cart Services / Course Host Service

Employees must be personable, have strong communication skills when working with the public and the members. Employees will be crossed trained to be work in both areas of the operation in shuttle service and course host services. Part time hours are available 7 days a week; hours to be covered are generally 9 am - sunset. Listed below are the General duties for this are of employment:
Shuttle service employees will be responsible to shuttle patrons to the aquatic practice facility on a timely set schedule for both pick up and drop off. Responsibilities will include proper safety of operating, 8 passenger shuttle cart, maintaining a set schedule of posted times. Ensuring patrons are correctly using the facility for its intended purposes and are following the guidelines of Rules and Regulations posted at the aquatic practice facility. General maintenance of the tee deck area of divot repairs, range bucket pick up, and overall cleanliness of appearance.
Course Hosts will be responsible for overall player assistance on the course, daily duties will checking of green fee receipts, players assistance on course, ensure proper pace of play, tournament assistance in set up of challenge holes and other tournament related requirements.

Pro Shop Services

Employees must be personable, have strong communication skills when working with the public and the members. Employees in the pro shop will be responsible for the daily check in of all patrons at Greenbryre Golf and Country. Must have or be willingly to learn on all merchandise the pro shop for resale. Will be responsible to ensure back shop and shuttle /course hosts employees are working efficiently. Full and Part time hours are available in this department.

All employees must be willingly to work a combination of morning/afternoon / evening shifts plus various weekends and holidays.

Food and Beverage servers

Employees must be personable, have strong communication skills when working with the public and the members. Greenbryre GCC operates 12 Grill Restaurant and Lounge which is a two-seasonal restaurant. The areas include the lounge, main dining room; grab-n-go station, Club 19 banquet facilities and beverage cart service.

Full and part time hours are available. Starting May 14th, we will be in full operation with F & B services with additional hours of coverage in midsummer through to end of September. Starting In October a new off season evening menu will be in effect.

Kitchen Services

Employees must be able to work with and take direction from our Head Chef. Employees will be part of the menu creation for the 12 Grill Restaurant and Lounge at Greenbryre Golf and Country Club. We operate a two-seasonal restaurant from May 14th through to October and a new lunch and evening menu for the off season starting in October. This is a great opportunity to work and learn with some of the best chefs in the food Industry.

Full and Part-time hours are available. The Hours of operation are from 9:30 am - 9 pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday - Sunday, 6 am - 9 pm.

Maintenance Grounds Department

Employees must be able to work unsupervised and take direction from the Golf Course Superintendent. Typical duties include grass cutting, cart repair, tree pruning, course watering, bunker edging and repair, and other general grounds related areas.

Full and Part time hours are available starting in May through to October.
